Job Description

Lead Intake Administrator We are seeking an organized, driven, and personable Lead Intake Administrator to manage incoming leads and help convert opportunities into scheduled inspections and new clients. This position serves as the first point of contact for prospective customers and is responsible for providing a professional, responsive experience while keeping our lead pipeline organized and moving forward. Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming calls, texts, and online leads quickly and professionally Qualify new leads and gather necessary customer/property information Schedule inspections and coordinate appointments with the field team Conduct consistent follow-up with prospects who have not yet scheduled Maintain accurate lead records, notes, statuses, and follow-up tasks within the CRM Track daily and weekly lead volume, appointments, and conversion KPIs Communicate effectively with sales, inspection, and operations teams Ensure leads are properly handed off once an inspection or service is scheduled What We're Looking For Strong phone and customer service skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working with CRM and scheduling software Ability to manage a high volume of calls, texts, and follow-ups Strong written and verbal communication Self-motivated and comfortable working toward measurable performance goals Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, scheduling, dispatch, or lead intake is preferred This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys communicating with customers, staying organized, and playing a direct role in company growth.
Pay:
$24.18 - $29.13 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
