We specialize in factory-direct, in-stock kitchen cabinets for contractors, builders, cabinet dealers, remodelers, and local stores. We are looking for someone who already has connections in the construction, remodeling, cabinetry, real estate, or building materials industry and can bring in existing customer relationships. Responsibilities Bring in new customers through your existing contractor, builder, remodeler, designer, or cabinet dealer network Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, cabinet stores, designers, and remodelers Promote our in-stock cabinet inventory, wholesale pricing, and fast pickup advantage Follow up with leads and convert them into repeat customers Help customers with cabinet selections, basic product information, quotes, and order coordination Visit local businesses, job sites, and potential dealer customers when needed Work with the company team to support customer orders and pickup schedules Represent TQ Cabinetry professionally and build long-term customer trust Requirements Must already have customer connections in cabinetry, remodeling, construction, real estate, design, or building materials Previous sales experience required Cabinetry, countertop, flooring, remodeling, or building material experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to bring in new accounts and generate repeat business Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with outside sales Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Basic computer or phone skills for quotes, messages, and customer follow-up Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate already knows contractors, builders, remodelers, designers, cabinet installers, cabinet stores, or real estate investors and can introduce them to our cabinet products. This position is best for someone who is confident in sales and wants to grow with a fast-moving cabinet wholesale company.
