• Pompano Beach, FL Base Pay + Commission + Monthly Performance Bonuses Join Moon Men as We Launch Our New THC Drink Mix — Poolside Moon Men LLC is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and competitive Sales Representative to help grow our retail presence throughout South Florida and beyond.

Moon Men has been operating in the hemp-derived THC industry since 2019, offering a growing portfolio of THC products to smoke shops, convenience stores, and other retailers. We're entering an exciting new stage of growth with the launch of Poolside — our new 10mg THC Drink Mix. This position is an opportunity to help introduce a new THC beverage product to the market while continuing to grow Moon Men's established product portfolio. We're looking for someone who enjoys getting in front of customers, building relationships, opening new accounts, and growing a book of business. What You'll Be Selling Our product portfolio includes:

• Poolside 10mg THC Drink Mix — NEW
• 2G Disposable Vapes
• 2G THC Joints
• 2G Flower
• Mini Joints
• Additional Moon Men THC products A major focus of this role will be helping us launch and expand Poolside into retail accounts while continuing to grow Moon Men throughout the market.

What You'll Do As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for both new business development and account retention.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Prospecting and opening new retail accounts
• Visiting stores and meeting directly with owners, buyers, and decision-makers
• Introducing retailers to Moon Men and our new Poolside THC Drink Mix
• Presenting products, pricing, promotions, and samples professionally
• Following up with leads, samples, and open opportunities
• Maintaining and growing your assigned book of business
• Generating consistent reorders from existing customers
• Upselling and expanding product placement within existing accounts
• Re-engaging inactive and previous customers
• Maintaining accurate CRM records for visits, leads, follow-ups, samples, and orders
• Communicating customer feedback and new market opportunities to management
• Participating in sales meetings, training, and performance reviews
• Representing Moon Men and Poolside professionally in the field Compensation This position combines guaranteed monthly base compensation with uncapped commission and performance bonuses.

Monthly Base Compensation:

$1,600

First-Time Orders:

8% Commission Earn 8% on the initial order from every new customer , regardless of the company-approved pricing tier.

Reorders:

• 6% Commission
• 6% — Normal / Lock-In Pricing
• 3% — Floor Pricing The structure is designed to reward representatives not only for opening accounts, but for keeping those accounts, generating reorders, and building a valuable long-term book of business.

Monthly Sales Bonuses:

Hit your monthly sales targets and earn additional bonuses: Monthly Sales Bonus $10,000 $100 $25,000 $250 $50,000 $500 $75,000 $750 $100,000 $1,000 Commissions are uncapped.
