ABOUT US

Dynamic Capital is a revenue-based financing company with over 10 years in business, funding established SMBs with $50K-$500K in working capital. We have built the systems, the infrastructure, and the deal flow. We are now expanding our origination team and looking for driven B2B sales professionals who want to put that platform to work.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a 1099 commission-only role — your income is directly tied to your performance and your network. There is no ceiling. Solid performers in their first year are earning $75K-$150K. The best ones earn significantly more. You bring the relationships and the work ethic. We bring everything else.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Originate new business through your personal network and company-provided warm leads. Identify SMB owners who can benefit from working capital for growth or expansion. Manage your pipeline from introduction through funded deal. Collaborate with our underwriting team to close efficiently.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (any industry considered) A genuine network of business owners, decision-makers, or entrepreneurs. Self-motivated and accountable — you run your own business within ours. Comfortable with in-person availability in the Ponte Vedra, FL area.

COMPENSATION 1099

Independent Contractor Points-based commission on every funded deal Realistic first-year earnings: $75,000-$150,000 Uncapped — your results set the limit
