The Customer Success Representative is responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of customer accounts. This role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, driving account retention, supporting adoption of products or services, and identifying opportunities to strengthen customer relationships. The Customer Success Representative will serve as a primary point of contact, address customer needs, monitor account health, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with assigned customer accounts
- Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and ongoing engagement
- Serve as the main point of contact for account questions and support needs
- Monitor account health and proactively address potential issues
- Conduct regular customer check-ins and provide product/service guidance
- Identify opportunities for account growth and improvement
- Collaborate with sales, support, and internal teams to resolve customer needs Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize customer needs
- Experience with CRM systems and customer account management
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to retention and satisfaction
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams
- Experience supporting small to mid-sized accounts preferred
