Job Description

Job Summary Are you a highly organized professional with a passion for the outdoors and working at a company that cares about culture? We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Sales Coordinator who thrives in a team environment and supports the smooth delivery of high-quality residential outdoor living projects. The Sales Coordinator supports the day-to-day coordination of sales activities of residential outdoor living construction projects by coordinating schedules, proposals, material selections, and client communication. This role is a key administrative and logistical link among the sales team, operations coordinator, vendors, and clients, ensuring consultations run smoothly, on schedule, and within sales team guidelines. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal Sales Team Coordinator is someone who enjoys helping people, organizing details, and keeping processes moving. This person does not need to be the primary salesperson, but they must understand how important speed, clarity, follow-up, and documentation are to closing high-quality projects. This person should be comfortable speaking with clients, asking basic qualifying questions, entering detailed information into systems, and helping the sales team stay accountable to next steps. They should be proactive, dependable, and able to manage multiple moving pieces without becoming overwhelmed.
Key Responsibilities Lead Management:
Receive inbound lead form fills and proactively reach out to clients to place them inside the client journey.
Client Intake:
Take inbound calls from clients and help bring them along in our project consultant journey.
System Management:
Document and input client and lead information into our marketing spreadsheet, HubSpot, and other internal systems.
Sales Support:
Work with the sales team to move clients through the proper sales journey buckets in HubSpot and ensure all clients receive a response within a 24-hour period.
Proposal Creation:
Build proposals in Buildertrend from owner sales notes and "gem exports" from the sales team.
Process Fluidity:
Assist in design process fluidity and help keep the overall sales process moving smoothly.
Executive Support:
Act as an executive assistant for the owner and visionary for 2 to 4 hours per week. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong communication skills by phone, email, and internal messaging High attention to detail Strong organizational ability Comfort using CRM and project management systems Ability to follow a defined process Ability to work with salespeople, clients, designers, and leadership Professional client-facing demeanor Ability to manage follow-up deadlines Willingness to learn HubSpot, Buildertrend, and Brevard Outdoor Services' client journey Ability to maintain confidentiality when supporting the owner and visionary Those applying for the position need to be team players. Compensation:
This is a salaried position ranging between $46,000 - $55,000 (open for negotiation based on experience, etc and candidates with VA/ EA background will be considered for higher compensation. Final Compensation based on experience and value provided to the team.
