• Previous sales experience required , preferably in roofing, HVAC, windows, doors, remodeling, or home services.
• Proven ability to sell, negotiate, and close deals.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and results driven.
• Comfortable working in a commission-only environment.
