Job Description

We're looking for an experienced, customer-focused inventory and sales coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll help customers find the right storage, portable structure, or garage door to fit their needs — whether that's for backyard storage, a workshop, a home office, or commercial use. You'll be the face of our company in-person , on the phone, and on the road, guiding customers from their first question through delivery. What You'll Do Greet and engage walk-in customers on the sales lot, answering questions about sizes, styles, materials, and pricing Respond promptly to phone, email, and online leads, and follow up to convert inquiries into sales Assess customer needs and recommend the right building size, style, and options (windows, doors, ramps, shelving, electrical, etc.) Walk customers through financing, rent-to-own, and payment options Prepare and explain quotes, contracts, and delivery agreements Coordinate with the delivery/scheduling team to ensure smooth, on-time delivery and setup Maintain accurate customer records Keep the sales lot clean, organized, and well-merchandised, including moving/staging units as needed Stay current on product lines, pricing, and promotions Build relationships for repeat and referral business Meet or exceed monthly sales targets What We're Looking For Previous sales experience preferred (retail, outdoor/lot sales, RV, auto, or building materials) Strong communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable talking with a wide range of customers Self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales goals Basic math skills for quoting, financing calculations, and measurements Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and walking the lot regularly Ability to lift/move light materials (up to ~50 lbs) and climb in and out of buildings for demonstrations Valid driver's license; ability to pass a background check High school diploma or equivalent required Nice to Have Experience with rent-to-own or financing sales processes Familiarity with construction, carpentry, or building materials Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus in many markets Starting Pay between $16-25 per hour
Pay:
$16.00 - $25.00 per hour
