Compensation & Benefits $50,000 base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities Complimentary telehealth program Optional employee-paid dental, vision, and life insurance Paid vacation and sick leave Professional training and development Career growth opportunities Beautiful boutique showroom environment Opportunities for networking and community involvement What You'll Be Doing Welcome clients into our showroom and create an exceptional shopping experience Guide homeowners through selecting flooring, tile, and other interior finishes Help clients coordinate colors, textures, and materials Build lasting relationships with homeowners, designers, real estate professionals, and local businesses Manage customer projects from consultation through installation Prepare proposals, follow up with customers, and close sales Attend networking events and represent Seamless Floors throughout the community Maintain a beautiful, organized, and inviting showroom Meet individual sales goals while contributing to team success Who We're Looking For Confident, personable, and outgoing Sales-driven and motivated by achieving goals Passionate about interior design and beautiful spaces Professional, polished, and detail-oriented Comfortable building relationships and networking Organized and able to manage multiple projects Self-motivated and interested in long-term career growth Experience We'd Love to See Furniture and home furnishings Interior design or home décor Kitchen and bath showrooms Luxury or specialty retail Window treatments or home finishes Consultative or relationship-based sales Strong sales experience is highly preferred.
