As a Business Development Trainee, you'll spearhead direct customer outreach across the region. The Business Development Trainee will be the first voice many organizations hear, crafting compelling introductions that spark curiosity, demonstrate relevance, and open doors to long-term collaboration and sales. Core Functions of the Business Development Trainee Directly engage potential partners and community consumers aligned with campaign goals. Create tailored sales proposals and presentations that highlight campaign value and partner alignment. Manage onboarding workflows by handling documentation, scheduling, and tracking sales milestones. Update CRM systems with outreach activity, partner preferences, and campaign progress to support reporting. Monitor sales campaign performance and flag upsell or expansion opportunities based on feedback and metrics. Work with internal Business Development Trainee teams to align messaging, resolve engagement issues, and deliver partnership commitments. Education & Experience Needed for the Business Development Trainee High school diploma or GED required; coursework in business, communications, sales, or marketing is a plus. Experience in business development, outreach, or sales coordination—especially within telecom or community engagement sectors. Proficient in CRM platforms and digital tools—with a focus on accurate data entry, pipeline tracking, and workflow management.
