Shift:
8:00 AM-5:00 PM Why This Role Matters At OX Floors, our field sales reps only sell when they're in front of the right customer at the right time — and that only happens because of this role. The Field Operations & Scheduling Coordinator is the nerve center of our field sales operation: you keep every rep's calendar full, solve problems in real time when things go sideways in the field, and turn the data from every appointment into insights that make the whole team better. This isn't administrative scheduling — it's live dispatch for a fast-moving sales floor, and the person who owns it has direct influence on our revenue every single day. What a Day Looks Like You'll start the day making sure every rep has at least two solid, qualified appointments locked in. Throughout the day, you're the first call when a rep is running late, can't find a customer, or hits a gate code they don't have — and you're the one re-working the schedule in real time so nobody loses a sale to a solvable problem. When a demo falls through, you're on the phone doing the quality-review call to find out why. At the end of the day, you're pulling trends out of what happened and turning them into recommendations that improve tomorrow's conversion rate. Core Responsibilities
  • Manage daily appointment blocks to ensure every field rep has at least two solid, qualified appointments per day
  • Fill schedule gaps created by last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) to keep calendars full
  • Update the CRM and internal reporting dashboards in real time with appointment outcomes, sales results, and rep updates
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all field sales rep communications throughout the day
  • Monitor rep arrival times and proactively adjust or push appointments when reps are running behind
  • Resolve field issues in real time, including reps who can't locate customers, gated-community/restricted-access coordination, and appointment confusion Ancillary Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality-review (QR) calls on incomplete or unsuccessful demos to identify root causes
  • Maintain data hygiene: accurate customer sourcing, verified addresses, correct names/contact info
  • Deliver daily summaries on broken/incomplete demos, trends, root causes, and recommendations to improve conversion rates What You Bring
  • 3+ years in scheduling, dispatch, sales support, or sales operations — ideally somewhere with a live/reactive schedule (field service, home services, logistics, or a call center environment)
  • Hands-on experience with a CRM and scheduling tools
  • Comfortable making judgment calls under pressure when a schedule falls apart mid-day
  • Sharp attention to detail — you'll be the one who catches the bad address before it costs a rep an appointment
  • Strong written and verbal communication; you can direct people clearly and calmly in the moment Nice to Have
  • Experience coordinating schedules for large or distributed teams
  • Background in sales support, sales operations, or customer service
  • Experience turning operational data into recommendations (not just reporting it) Compensation & Benefits
  • $22/hour base, plus commission tied to field sales rep utilization — how effective you are at keeping our reps busy with at least two appointments every day.
