  • We're looking for a seasoned Distribution Sales Representative to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence through high-impact distribution partner relationships.

Someone who is passionate about building strategic partnerships, driving business growth, and creating innovative solutions that help customers succeed. In this role, you will collaborate closely with channel partners to identify new business opportunities, develop winning sales strategies, and deliver tailored solutions that address complex customer challenges. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping partners grow their business while influencing long-term success for both organizations.   • What You'll Do
  • + Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to channel partners on our products, solutions, services, and go-to-market strategies.

+ Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive revenue growth, increase market share, and strengthen partner engagement.

+ Identify, qualify, and convert new opportunities into successful joint sales initiatives while consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

+ Collaborate with partners to design customized customer solutions that address unique business challenges and deliver measurable value.

+ Build and nurture executive-level relationships with key partner stakeholders to create long-term growth opportunities.

+ Increase adoption of our solutions by positioning them as a critical part of the partner's overall business strategy.

+ Lead partner enablement programs, workshops, and training sessions to equip partners with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed.

+ Analyze sales performance, pipeline health, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and accelerate business results.

+ Coach and mentor junior team members, sharing best practices and contributing to a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

  • What You Bring
  • + Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

+ 7-10 years of experience in channel sales, strategic partnerships, business development, enterprise sales, or a related field.

+ Proven success developing and growing partner relationships that drive measurable business outcomes.

+ Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

+ Experience managing complex sales cycles and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

+ Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable business strategies.

+ Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • $197,550 annually, with a 80/20 (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
