Taylor Financial is a boutique wealth management and comprehensive financial planning practice in Tampa serving successful professionals, executives, business owners, and retirees. We are a small team that runs like one. We are growing, and this role is the engine of that growth.
THE ROLE
This is a business development role with an operations backbone. Most of your week goes to growing the practice: managing our LinkedIn presence, representing Taylor Financial at events and sponsorships, and reaching out to clients to schedule review meetings. The rest goes to keeping the client experience sharp: processing money movement requests, preparing annual review paperwork, and completing investment service forms. The balance is roughly 60% business development, 40% operations, with one rule: when a servicing deadline and a marketing task collide, the servicing deadline wins. If you are energized by talking to people but disciplined enough to get the paperwork right, this role is built for you.
