As a Neighborhood Outreach Associate, you'll speak directly with homeowners about Frontier's internet and wireless services, answer questions, and guide them through the enrollment process. Every Neighborhood Outreach Associate receives hands-on training in sales, communications, and customer engagement while building valuable experience in the telecommunications industry. Explain Frontier's available internet speeds, wireless options, and service features in a clear and transparent way. Guide homeowners through the enrollment process while delivering a positive sales experience from start to finish. Track daily sales activity, customer interactions, and outreach progress while maintaining accurate records. Participate in ongoing Neighborhood Outreach Associate training focused on communications, customer engagement, and sales development. Collaborate with fellow Neighborhood Outreach Associate team members to achieve outreach objectives and strengthen overall sales performance. Qualifications of the Neighborhood Outreach Associate High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience in customer service or sales is helpful but not required. Strong communications skills with the ability to build trust through face-to-face conversations. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new sales techniques. Comfortable working independently while representing Frontier professionally. Interest in telecommunications, customer service, or sales careers.
