Job Description
Territory & Travel:
The Liaison will build and maintain relationships with physician offices and referral partners throughout the Ellenton to Fort Myers service area. Travel needs will vary based on the assigned territory and outreach routing schedule, which will determine when and where travel is needed. Mileage reimbursement is provided.Salary:
~$65K-$70K+ (BOE) + quarterly bonus potential + Mileage Reimbursement Travel required to cover referral bases for all of LCR clinics (Brownwood, The Villages, Lake Sumter, Leesburg, Mt Dora) 40Hours/Week M-F How LCR PT Supports You:

Responsibilities What You'll Accomplish Within your first several months, you will:- Build productive relationships with physicians, referral coordinators, case managers, hospital systems, and other healthcare partners.
- Develop and execute a territory outreach plan focused on increasing awareness and patient referrals.
- Identify new referral opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing provider offices.
- Coordinate opportunities for physical therapists and clinic leaders to connect with referral sources.
- Track outreach activity, referral trends, and market opportunities to determine what is working and where additional focus is needed.
- Support community events, partnerships, sponsorships, and local marketing initiatives.
- Help clinic leaders create action plans for locations needing additional referral growth. What Makes Someone Successful You will be a strong fit if you can:

- 1-2 years of experience in physician liaison work, healthcare marketing, medical sales, provider relations, community outreach, or business development.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant clinical or healthcare experience preferred.
- Experience using Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools is helpful. Additional Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Commitment to HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
Qualifications:
