Role:

We are seeking a proactive, goal-driven Business Development Representative to represent our brand at premier local events, home shows, and expos. This is a flexible, part-time position focused primarily on weekend events (with occasional weekday opportunities). As an event specialist, you will be on the front lines of our business development—starting meaningful conversations with homeowners, capturing qualified leads, and booking appointments for our consultation team.

What You'll Do:

Proactively approach event attendees to highlight our home improvement solutions. Capture qualified customer contact details and secure scheduled appointments for free estimates. Assist when needed with transport, set up, and dismantle lightweight booth displays and marketing materials. Act as a reliable, professional brand ambassador throughout every event.

What We Are Looking For:

High-Energy Communicators:

You're naturally outgoing, confident, and love initiating conversations with strangers. If you're shy or hesitant to approach people, this role won't be a fit.

Effective Networkers:

Strong interpersonal skills are a must. A personal smartphone is required for real-time team communication during events.

Reliable Transportation:

Valid driver's license and your own vehicle is a must. Other forms of trasportation will get expensive and we do not reimburse for transportation.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs when needed. This role requires standing, walking, and engaging with attendees continuously for full 4-8 hour shifts. Shifts take place at both indoor and outdoor venues year-round, so flexibility with seasonal weather is a must.

Schedule:

Part-time, gig-based scheduling. Heavy focus on weekends , with occasional weekday shifts available depending on the event calendar and your availability. Why Join Us?
