This role blends: In-person showroom sales Phone/text/email follow-up Social/classified selling (Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, Craigslist, etc.) Product demos and walkarounds Basic marketing support through strong product photos and listings Key Responsibilities Lead Management & Follow-Up Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads generated by company marketing. Track every customer interaction in the CRM with accurate notes and next steps. Follow up consistently to convert inquiries into appointments and closed deals. Self-Generated Business & Listings Proactively generate new leads through Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, Craigslist, and local community groups/forums. Create and manage product listings that drive inbound interest and increase showroom traffic. Take high-quality photos and short videos of carts for listings and marketing purposes (lighting, angles, clean presentation). Sales Execution Conduct in-showroom walkarounds and product presentations that highlight features, performance, and customization options. Guide customers through the full buying process: needs discovery, selection, accessories, financing support, documentation, and post-sale communication. Coordinate with managers and store teams to ensure a smooth handoff to delivery.
