Job Description

Blue Coast Aluminum Inc. We are in the Screen Enclosure, Pergola and Fencing industry, we specialize in the fabrication and installation of these products. Our company is growing, and is now seeking to hire a professional and organized Inside Project Coordinator . Our Project Coordinator must be a team player with a high level of dedication, have a positive attitude and the desire to grow with our business.
Job Duties:
  • Handle all permitting / engineering request and paperwork
  • Manage & Assign Company Lead schedule and track sales stats
  • Have the ability to prioritize and multi-task in order to meet job time-frame needs.
  • Initiate and Track HOA Process
  • Support Outside Sales representatives with paperwork, phone calls, and scheduling as needed
  • Maintain and update CRM Program /sales and customer records
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Perform Data Entry
  • Manage the social media accounts
Job Requirements:
  • Administrative Office Experience
  • Must be able to establish good rapport with customers and vendors
  • Must Communicate and Work Well with Others
  • Must have Reliable Transportation to and from work
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Be Computer Savvy
  • Must be Extremely Detail Oriented
  • Must have experience handling and directing phone calls
  • Bi lingual would be a positive
English and Spanish Work Location:
West Palm Beach office ( no remote work available )
