Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets. Conduct regular coaching sessions to enhance negotiation skills, communication abilities, and product knowledge. Oversee sales administration tasks including customer records management, benefits administration, and compliance with HIPAA regulations where applicable. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and optimize marketing strategies. Foster strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and effective communication skills, ensuring high satisfaction levels. Provides ongoing support in training and communicates feedback from team members to store leadership. Maximizes personal and store sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a "customer-obsessed" omni-channel experience. Ensures the store is brand-aligned through flawless execution of visual presentation and marketing displays Ensures all team members comply with company policies and procedures. Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable. Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret sales data and develop actionable insights. Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm. Knowledge of marketing principles, benefits administration processes, and telemarketing techniques.
