Job Description

Seeking an Inside Sales Representative to provide exceptional customer service to customers in person and over the phone. This role requires a dependable, organized individual who can multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering professional customer support.

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers in person and over the phone. Prepare product quotes, including freight costs, and assist with order inquiries. Research and resolve customer concerns, order discrepancies, and claims. Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and organization. Collaborate with team members to ensure customers receive timely and effective support.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM

•4:30 PM (30-minute lunch). Rotating Saturday shift from 9:00 AM

•12:00 PM.

Compensation:
Starting Pay:

$17

•18 per hour, based on experience. Higher starting pay available for candidates with relevant knowledge and experience. Performance evaluation after 90 days.

Benefits:

Health insurance after one year of employment. Paid holidays. Paid time off (PTO). Five paid sick days per year.
