Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands both sales and design and can confidently guide customers through the entire remodeling process. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist walk-in showroom clients Present company services, products, and value proposition clearly Conduct in-home consultations and take accurate measurements Understand customer needs and translate them into functional designs Create designs using 2020 Design Software (preferred) Prepare proposals and close sales effectively Coordinate with installers and project teams to ensure smooth execution Manage projects by clearly communicating design intent to field teams Requirements Proven experience in sales (required) Experience in kitchen & bathroom remodeling (preferred) Ability to read layouts, take measurements, and understand construction basics Experience with 2020 Design Software (a strong plus) Strong communication and customer relationship skills Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented Valid driver's license (required for in-home consultations)

Compensation Base Salary:

Starting from $3,000/month

Commission:
