Job Description
Commercial Roofing Contractor is looking for a new Salesperson to grow their Multifamily Division. They have all the infrastructure in place from their low slope side, they need someone to create, grow and maintain relationships with decision makers in the multifamily construction space. Commercial Roof Salesman Duties Identify new revenue generating opportunities in multifamily construction. Using the necessary phone and field selling skills to sell our products and services to our customers. Building strong customer relationships by maintaining sales contacts as required by the position. Observing and implementing sales skills of other successful Sales Representatives in all aspects of the sales process to utilize skills necessary to succeed. Demonstrating solid business sales acumen and professionalism to make a positive impact on all prospects and customers. Commercial Roof Sales Experience Required 5+ years of roofing sales experience - preferably in commercial/multifamily Experience with roofing manufacturers and materials Must be comfortable with cold calling, as well as generating their own leads through in person interactions.
