We keep job sites, events, and worksites running clean — and we're growing fast. We're looking for a hungry, self-motivated Sales Rep to help us expand our customer base one handshake (and one phone call) at a time. What You'll Do This is an active, on-the-go sales role — not a desk job. You'll spend the majority of your day out in the field visiting job sites, construction companies, event venues, and contractors, as well as working the phones to prospect and follow up. Expect to be moving constantly. Drive your territory daily to call on potential customers face-to-face Make outbound calls to generate new leads and set appointments Build relationships with general contractors, construction site managers, event coordinators, and property managers Present and quote our portable restroom, restroom trailer, and sanitation service offerings Follow up persistently with prospects to close deals Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline in our CRM Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets Represent Nature's Call with professionalism and a great attitude What We're Looking For A natural people person who genuinely enjoys talking to strangers Competitive, self-starting, and motivated by results Comfortable with rejection — you bounce back fast and keep dialing Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (required) Strong communication skills — you're clear, confident, and easy to talk to Organized enough to manage your own schedule and follow-up cadence Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person Construction or trades industry familiarity is a bonus What We Offer Base salary + commission (uncapped earning potential) Paid training and onboarding Mileage reimbursement Opportunity to grow into a senior sales role as the company expands A tight-knit team that works hard and takes care of each other
