Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation Conduct product demonstrations to showcase device features, plans, and accessories effectively Assist customers with selecting suitable service plans, devices, and accessories based on their preferences Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and store sales performance Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments Maintain organized merchandise displays, stock shelves, and ensure the store is inviting and well-stocked Provide clear phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online channels Support merchandising efforts by setting up promotional displays and ensuring product availability Offer exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and guiding customers through their purchase journey Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to confidently answer questions and perform product demos Skills Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (or other relevant languages) to serve a diverse customer base effectively Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Experience in retail sales or grocery store environments preferred but not required Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math calculations Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling protocols Excellent phone etiquette for engaging with customers over the phone or via digital communication channels Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in leadership growth opportunities Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and inventory management practices Customer service experience that emphasizes patience, attentiveness, and problem-solving skills Join us as a Bilingual Sales Representative to empower customers with innovative mobile solutions while advancing your career in a lively retail environment!
