CCR Location:

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Retention & Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience in a high-volume call center environment, and the ability to retain customers while identifying sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently Engage with customers to understand their concerns and provide effective solutions Focus on customer retention by addressing issues and offering appropriate products or services Identify and pursue sales opportunities during customer interactions Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Required Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience in a high-volume environment Minimum 2+ years of call center experience or equivalent High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 1 year of contact center experience At least 1 year of retention experience Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

$16.00•$17.00 per hour
