Job Duties:
Represents thepany for the sale of residential agricultural equipment to customers to meet sales goals. Manages and follows up on all sales leads Researches availability of models and optional equipment and suggests optional equipment for customer to purchase. Computes and quotes sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount. Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of equipment. Monitorspetitive activity/products and explains features of equipment Maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with their purchase. Arranges for delivery with applicable store personnel to meet delivery agreements made during sales process. Completes paperwork apanying sales, including but not limited to, preparing sales contract and various paperwork. Maintains sales management information for all customers and leads. Attends applicable sales training events/seminars Complies with Company policies and procedures Grow assigned territory sales and market Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties. Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
3-5 years agricultural equipment/outdoor power equipment sales experience preferred. Prior experience in automotive sales helpful Bachelor's degree in business field preferred or related experience required Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and the internet. Excellent customer relationship skills. Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports. Ability to work flexible hours.
