Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and leveraging CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems for effective prospecting. Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that foster long-term relationships. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement territory-specific campaigns that boost brand awareness and lead generation efforts. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software like Salesforce or similar systems. Skills Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales, especially in technology or related sectors. Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory sales operations independently. Excellent customer relationship building and communication skills to foster trust and loyalty. Demonstrated success in lead generation, prospecting, and achieving sales targets within a remote or outside sales environment. Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or equivalent sales management tools for tracking activities and managing client data. Skilled in negotiation, deal closing, and upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities. Ability to conduct product demos effectively and handle technical sales discussions with clients. Experience with inside sales strategies like cold calling combined with outside territory management for comprehensive coverage. Strong analysis skills to interpret market data, identify trends, and adapt strategies accordingly. Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences across various channels.
