If so, Tebo Dental wants to meet you. Tebo Dental, a growing Atlanta-based dental group, is seeking a motivated and professional Bilingual Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys interacting with patients and families, and is looking for a long-term career with advancement opportunities. We provide comprehensive training and support, making this a great opportunity for candidates with backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, education, sales, or administration. Travel between our offices in Lilburn, Peachtree Corners, Dacula, and Cumming is required. What You'll Do Assist during orthodontic consultation exams and records appointments Prepare and present treatment plans and consultation fee estimates to patients and families Ability to sell orthodontic treatment Document clinical notes and maintain accurate patient records Contact patients to help maintain a full and productive schedule Coordinate with pediatric dental teams to schedule referrals and treatment appointments Prepare treatment forms and supporting documentation for doctor review Audit consultation appointments to ensure all necessary information is collected prior to patient visits Verify orthodontic insurance benefits and coverage Provide check-out support when needed Contribute to a positive patient experience and support overall office operations Perform additional duties as assigned What We're Looking For Fluent in Spanish and English Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Professional, dependable, and positive attitude Comfortable learning new technology and software systems Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday Willingness to travel between office locations Previous dental or orthodontic experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Tebo Dental?
