This is an individual performance role that also requires close collaboration with the Director of Sales and the Sales team to keep the pipeline moving, calendars full, and lead-quality feedback flowing back to Sales Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Desired skill set includes a positive and confident phone presence, experience with cold and warm outbound calling, strong written communication, familiarity with HubSpot or a similar CRM, and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume environment.
  • Own front-line follow-up and booking of sales demos and appointments ○ Use phone, text, and email communication to reach and engage prospects ○ Use Zoom for phone and video communication as needed ○ Use outbound auto-dialing and sales engagement tools
  • Respond to inbound leads quickly and consistently
  • Make a minimum of 200 outbound calls daily ○ Contact leads generated from advertising, trade shows, referrals, and other lead sources ○ Consistently follow up until the prospect is qualified, disqualified, scheduled, or moved into an appropriate follow-up status
  • Qualify and disqualify leads based on defined criteria before scheduling a demo
  • Schedule qualified demos for the Sales team and maintain accurate calendar coordination
  • Confirm upcoming demos and use proactive follow-up to reduce no-shows

  • Use HubSpot CRM, Google Calendar, and related systems to manage activity and scheduling
  • Maintain complete and accurate CRM notes, lead status, activity history, and next steps
  • Provide clean, timely handoff of qualified prospects to the assigned Sales Representative
  • Support pipeline hygiene by identifying stale, incomplete, or improperly routed leads
  • Communicate lead-quality trends, objections, and follow-up issues to Sales Management
  • Answer general prospect questions and clearly communicate TNFR's value proposition without conducting the full sales demo
  • Attend weekly team trainings, coaching sessions, and daily huddles

          • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
          • Confident asking qualifying questions, handling initial objections, and guiding prospects toward a scheduled next step.

          • Comfortable with Zoom, online scheduling tools, texting, email, and digital sales environments.
          • Ability to manage a high volume of leads and follow-up tasks without allowing opportunities to fall through the cracks.
          Preferred Experience:
          • 1+ years of experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, lead generation, sales development, customer service, or a related high-volume phone role.
          • Representative (BDR), appointment-setting, or inside-sales role.
