Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Performs data entry functions necessary to handle quote entry, compile quotes and retrieve information. Process 30 - 50 quotes per day. Build quotes using common price files and other required data and information. Answers phones as back-up to Customer Service Representative, and as otherwise required. Assist Inside Sales Representatives as required. Special Projects as assigned by Inside Sales Manager or VP of Sales Maintain proficiency in using personal computer, data entry terminal and other common office equipment and software. Follow company policies and procedures. Present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors. Handle processing of all UPS shipments. Handles responsibilities of an Inside Sales Representative while ISR is out of the office; duties include processing and confirming sales orders, communicating with Customers, Inside Sales Manager, OSR's, plant departments (Materials Dept, Production Dept., Shipping Dept., and Trucking Dept.) and company departments (Accounting). Logging customer complaints, handling RMA's and Pricing Credits. Pricing out quotes. "Filling out" trucks - generating sales to maximize truck load/ minimize freight costs. Job requires product knowledge, technical knowledge, pricing knowledge, market knowledge, as well as logistical, and problem-solving skills. (25% - 30% of time.) Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
