• What You'll Do
• Canvas neighborhoods and generate leads through creative, self-directed outreach
• Develop and execute your own lead generation strategies
• Leverage your roofing product knowledge to consult clients and close deals
• Manage your own pipeline with full schedule autonomy
• Represent Topgun professionally in the field on residential and commercial accounts
• What We're Looking For
• Proven roofing sales experience — you know the industry and the products
• Strong closing ability with a track record of results
• Professional appearance and polished communication skills
• Self-motivated and thrives working independently
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred — significant advantage in our market
• Creative approach to prospecting and lead development This role is not entry-level. We're looking for experienced roofing sales professionals ready to hit the ground running.
