Position SummaryThe Roofing Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, meeting with property owners, performing roof inspections, building customer relationships, and helping homeowners through the roofing and insurance restoration process. This is a commission-based position with high income potential for motivated individuals.

Responsibilities Generate and develop new residential and commercial roofing leads Veterans will provide a limited number of free leads weekly Conduct roof inspections and identify storm or property damage Meet with homeowners, property managers, and business owners Educate customers on roofing systems, insurance claims, and repair/replacement options Prepare estimates and present proposals Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales process Coordinate with project management and production teams Attend networking events and community outreach opportunities Maintain accurate sales records and follow-up communications Qualifications Sales experience required in roofing Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and manage schedule effectively Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs Basic knowledge of roofing or construction is a plus Ability to use smartphones, email, and CRM systems Compensation 100% commission-based pay structure Competitive commission percentages based on experience We expect but don't guarantee the $75,000 - $200,000 as mentioned but we will give you all opportunities to reach these levels Uncapped earning potential Performance bonuses Training and support provided What We Offer Flexible schedule Professional sales and product training Marketing and branding support Opportunity for rapid growth within the company Team-oriented and supportive culture Veteran-owned company with strong community values Ideal CandidateThis position is ideal for someone who is competitive, outgoing, entrepreneurial-minded, and looking for a high-income opportunity without income caps.
