Our Technicians are problem solvers who specialize in a wide variety of electronic device repairs, including computers, laptops, game consoles, cameras, mp3 players, and much more. We are looking for candidates with good people skills, customer service experience, and a knack for technology! Sales experience is a plus. Candidates must be willing to learn electronic repairs. Responsibilities Engage with and assess customer device needs to deliver outstanding service Resolve customer issues relating to equipment problems by repairing phones, tablets, and other consumer electronics Stay up to speed on newly released and upcoming technology in the industry Help Manage the Inventory and POS System Order inventiory when needed Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Face-to-face customer service experience Experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics Knowledge of mobile devices, operating systems, laptops, gaming systems, and other electronic devices Strong oral and written communication skills Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google equivalent Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Sales experience is a big plus Any wireless device repair certifications are a plus (i.e., Apple Certified Technicians, CTIA WISE Certifications) If you are a skilled Technician with a passion for technology and problem-solving, we want to hear from you.
