ABOUT THE JOB
The Location Sales Coordinator is responsible for directing contact with the sales team and customers on product pricing and product availability.
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
Primary contact for customers and the sales team with questions regarding product availability, pricing, logistics, etc. Identifies and negotiates delivery of products from external vendors and end product delivery to customers. Forecasts and manages supplies of product mix. Evaluates needs and recommends orders for products basic supplier and/or division buyers. Reviews and makes recommendations to Branch Managers regarding various corporate reports regarding product sales and cost. Manages inventory including identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies. Provides excellent customer service to all internal and external customers. Other work-related duties as assigned by leader. Reliable and regular attendance is required. Follows all company policies and procedures.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in an agricultural related field is required. Internship experience is preferred.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Time management skills. Working knowledge of Oracle/Agvance. Ability to read, write and speak in English is required. Communicating in Spanish is a valuable skill at Helena. Computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office are required. Successful completion of a drug test and background check is required for all positions at Helena.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL ASPECTS OF THE JOB
The work environment for this position is that of a typical office environment where the noise level is mostly quiet. This position requires you to use your hands for many different tasks and to talk, hear, walk, stand and sit. You may be occasionally required to lift or move up to 10 pounds.
