Job Description
ALM Nissan Newnan is seeking highly motivated, skilled and goal oriented Sales Representatives to join our dynamic sales team! Must have the ability to successfully represent the ALM brand, follow up with leads, facilitate a sale, deliver a car, "do the right thing" and work as a team. If you are experienced in giving exceptional customer service, have the drive to earn unlimited income and want to build a career working as an automotive sales representative with exciting new products, we look forward to talking with you. All applicants must successfully complete a background check and have a valid driver's license as a condition of employment with ALM.
Automotive Sales Representative Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain a vehicle based on customer needs and desires Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemail Sell and arrange for delivery, financing, or service contracts Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction The ability to successfully work with a team to accomplish goals Persuading others to change their minds or behavior Coordination of people and resources Active Listening Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time Ability to assess the value, importance, or quality of things to people Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience Basic computer, email and internet proficiency We are an equal opportunity employer.
