【Summary】 The Inside Sales Representative manages assigned customer accounts, supports sales activities, and develops business opportunities through timely communication and follow-up with existing and prospective customers. The position serves as a key customer contact through phone, email, Live Chat, and other channels, and works closely with Outside Sales and internal departments to prepare quotations, resolve inquiries, follow up on opportunities, and support customer satisfaction. 【Essential Duties】 Account Management &Customer Support Manages assigned accounts, supports sales targets, and builds strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up. Serves as a primary customer contact and coordinates with appropriate internal departments to address pricing, delivery, purchasing, accounting, engineering, production, and other inquiries. Conducts post-sales follow-up, supports customer retention, and identifies opportunities to maintain and grow existing business. Customer Inquiries & LiveChat representative Serves as a Live Chat Representative and responds promptly and professionally to customer and prospective customer inquiries. Provides appropriate product, availability, pricing, and general sales information, and routes specialized inquiries to the appropriate personnel when necessary. Identifies potential sales leads from Live Chat, phone, email, website inquiries, and other incoming channels; records relevant information and follow-up activities in CRM. Sales Inquiries, Quotations & Follow-Up Registers and maintains inquiries and sales opportunities in CRM and collects relevant customer requirements, quantities, applications, timing, and forecasts. Coordinates with NT, branch offices, Engineering, Outside Sales, and other personnel as needed; prepares and issues quotations in accordance with company pricing policies and management guidance. Follows up on open inquiries and quotations, updates CRM with status and customer feedback, and escalates significant opportunities, pricing issues, or competitive situations as appropriate. CRM, Forecasting & Sales Reporting Maintains accurate customer, contact, inquiry, quotation, opportunity, forecast, and meeting information in CRM. Develops credible sales forecasts, reviews account performance against targets, and reports significant customer developments, opportunities, risks, and competitive activity to Management. Prepares periodic sales/activity reports and participates in sales meetings, training, and other meetings as requested by Management. Inventory & Order Coordination Monitors inventory and open-order status for assigned customers and coordinates with appropriate departments based on customer requirements, order history, and forecasts. Communicates significant demand changes and assists with inventory control activities and annual physical inventory counts as required. Business Development & Marketing Support Identifies opportunities to expand business and supports new business development through lead management, customer follow-up, quotations, and coordination with Outside Sales. Supports trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing activities as required and represents the company professionally with customers and business partners. 【Qualifications】 ・Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field ・2-3 years of sales or inside sales experience, or equivalent experience ・Familiarity with CRM or sales process management systems ・Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications ・Experience with SAP is a plus ・Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) ・ Domestic business travel required
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
