Compensation:

$50,000-$65,000 on-target earnings Path to $70,000+ for top performers Base pay + commissions + milestone bonuses

What You'll Do:

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with homeowners Convert leads into scheduled jobs Sell exterior cleaning and seasonal holiday lighting services Work toward daily and weekly performance goals, including close rate and average ticket

Non-Negotiables:

Typing speed of 35+ WPM (Words Per Minute) Coachable-able to take feedback and apply it quickly

Monday-Saturday, staggered starts (8AM-10AM); occasional Sundays in peak seasons Full-Time, 40+ hours/week Reports to
