On or before , October 5th 2026 Magnolia Grace Senior Care is actively seeking an experienced, polished, and results-driven Community Liaison and Business Development Specialist to grow our presence throughout South Georgia. We plan to fill this position within the next two weeks. Assigned Territory Camden Glenn Chatham ask some point Team work with Nassau Surrounding South Georgia communities as assignedPosition Summary The Community Liaison and Business Development Specialist will increase awareness of Magnolia Grace Senior Care, develop strong community partnerships, generate qualified referrals, and bring new clients to the company. We are specifically seeking someone who is familiar with the assigned South Georgia territory. The ideal candidate will understand the local healthcare and business communities and know how to build meaningful, long-term professional relationships. This is not an entry-level position. We need an experienced professional who already understands marketing, outside sales, community outreach, business development, and referral generation. The person selected must be able to work independently, create an effective territory strategy, and produce measurable results. Primary Responsibilities Develop and implement a strategic marketing and business-development plan for the assigned territory Generate qualified referrals and new clients for Magnolia Grace Senior Care Build professional relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physicians' offices, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, senior communities, veterans' organizations, churches, and other referral partners Conduct professional in-person visits, meetings, presentations, and follow-up conversations Attend Chamber of Commerce meetings, networking events, health fairs, community programs, and other business-development opportunities Identify new referral sources and partnership opportunities throughout the territory Maintain consistent communication with current and prospective referral partners Enter and maintain accurate contact, meeting, referral, and follow-up information in the company's CRM Track outreach visits, sales activity, referral progress, prospective clients, and completed follow-ups Maintain organized and current records for all business-development activities Prepare regular reports showing territory activity, referrals, new client opportunities, and measurable results Collaborate with the Florida marketing leader and company leadership Travel to the Florida office at least twice per month for company meetings, strategy development, communication, and professional development Meet established outreach, referral, client-development, and performance goals Schedule and Availability Requirements This position requires flexibility. Community events, Chamber meetings, and networking opportunities do not always occur during regular business hours. Candidates must be available to attend evening events, especially those scheduled between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Attendance at these events is an essential responsibility of this position. If you cannot maintain a flexible schedule or regularly attend evening events, please do not apply. Education and Experience Requirements Associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, healthcare administration, or a related field At least three years of successful experience in marketing, outside sales, field sales, business development, healthcare marketing, community outreach, or referral development Familiarity with Valdosta, Waycross, Homerville, Adel, Quitman, Hahira, and the surrounding South Georgia communities Proven experience developing business-to-business relationships and generating measurable results Experience managing an assigned sales or marketing territory Experience scheduling and conducting professional meetings, presentations, and follow-up conversations Existing knowledge of local healthcare providers, businesses, community organizations, or professional networks is strongly preferred Technology and Administrative Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience using CRM systems to manage contacts, referral sources, leads, follow-up activities, and business-development records Ability to accurately track meetings, outreach visits, referrals, sales activity, prospective clients, and completed follow-ups Ability to maintain organized and current contact records Ability to prepare professional presentations and written reports Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple contacts, appointments, deadlines, and priorities independently Professional Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to speak confidently and professionally with healthcare leaders, business owners, families, and community representatives Professional appearance and business-appropriate attire Strong organization, planning, time-management, and follow-through skills Ability to work independently without constant supervision Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the assigned territory Ability to travel to Florida at least twice per month Flexibility to attend evening and after-hours events Ability to successfully complete a background check and required drug screening Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone confident, motivated, dependable, professional, and accountable. This is not a position for someone who needs extensive training to learn how to market, network, track sales activity, or build professional relationships. You must be able to manage your territory independently, recognize opportunities, follow through consistently, and turn professional relationships into qualified client referrals. This position includes measurable performance expectations. Continued success in the position will depend on meeting established outreach, referral, and client-development goals.
