We're looking for a true sales hunter —someone who is confident initiating conversations, building relationships, generating leads, and closing sales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to grow with an expanding wellness brand. Responsibilities Generate new leads and sales opportunities Sell memberships, sessions, packages, and wellness services Build partnerships with local businesses and organizations Conduct outreach by phone, email, social media, and in person Schedule and follow up with prospective clients Develop long-term relationships with members and partners Track sales activity, leads, appointments, and results Represent Glow Sauna Studios professionally in the community Support the growth of new studio locations Compensation First two weeks: Commission-only training and sales period Once sales are consistently being generated, the position may transition to: 15-18 per hour , depending on experience and performance Additional commissions based on sales achieved Opportunities for increased responsibility, advancement, and full-time employment are available after established performance milestones are met. Compensation structure and commission terms will be explained in detail during the interview and will be provided in writing.
