Clear path to advance as the company scales Position Overview Yardsy is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to generate new business across both residential and commercial markets. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities, building trust with customers, and closing recurring service agreements that drive long-term growth. This is a field-based, performance-driven role requiring strong self-management, consistent pipeline activity, and a results-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities Business Development Generate new residential and commercial sales through prospecting, referrals, networking, and territory management Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads Sales Execution Conduct on-site property evaluations and provide tailored service recommendations Present Yardsy services clearly, focusing on value, results, and long-term partnership Close new business and secure recurring service agreements Account Management Establish strong customer relationships to drive retention and referrals Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding and early service delivery Collaborate with operations to ensure a smooth transition from sale to service Performance & Accountability Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets Track all activity in CRM (FieldRoutes) with accurate and timely updates Maintain disciplined follow-up and pipeline management Qualifications 2+ years of outside sales experience (service-based or recurring revenue preferred) Experience selling to residential and/or commercial customers Proven ability to prospect, close, and manage a sales pipeline Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven Valid driver's license Core Competencies Ownership mindset
