You will have the opportunity to implement clients' marketing plan by using your professional expertise, clinical training, and judgement.
You will:
Essential Functions:
Leverage audience-specific marketing and sales materials Identify and develop business relationships with targeted Health Care providers Plan and prioritize activities to ensure consistent territory coverage aligned to client needs Deliver educational and scientific support to inform decisions by physicians, practitioners, and nursing staff Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations with a focus on top target customers Develop and implement plans for territory to meet market share goals Communicate effectively with peers and management Demonstrate effective presentation skills Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner Present a professional sales image in all business matters Manage and maintain expense and promotional budgets for the territory within guidelines Must operate within Compliance Guidelines at all times Adherence to
Policies, Process and Procedures Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required 2-5 years of business-to-business (B2B) experience 1-2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience Pharmaceutical pain management experience strongly preferred Proven track record of success in exceeding results Demonstrated sales acumen Ability to build and maintain relationships Ability to travel and maintain a valid driver's license for visits to assigned healthcare accounts Residence within the assigned territory or its boundaries required Local and national travel required for this position Understanding of compliance & privacy laws Must be able to perform all responsibilities of the position At Syneos Health, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace.
