Independent Contractor Pay:

Route block pay — know your time, know your earnings 4-hour block: $78 (up to $19.50/hour) 5-hour block: $92 (up to $18.40/hour) 6-hour block: $110 (up to $18.30/hour)

Advance Pay:

Available on your first day after completing your first route — advance up to 80% of eligible earnings, up to $500 maximum

Deliveries typically 3-5 miles apart Driver Requirements Reliable personal vehicle or SUV suitable for package delivery Valid driver's license Active auto insurance Smartphone with reliable service Ability to use a delivery app and follow scanning/POD procedures Ability to read routes and take proper delivery photos Dependable and punctual Able to handle packages throughout the route Professional communication and customer service Ability to work independently and complete assigned routes Responsibilities Arrive on time for 6 AM loadout Properly load and organize packages Scan and account for assigned packages Complete deliveries according to route instructions Provide required proof of delivery, including proper photos Protect packages while in your possession Communicate delivery issues promptly Complete all assigned stops and properly handle returns Important This is an independent contractor opportunity. Contractors are responsible for their own vehicle, fuel, insurance, taxes, and operating expenses. Delivery Areas Routes are dispatched from the Norcross, GA hub, with delivery areas including: Smyrna Buckhead Atlanta Stockbridge Dallas North Decatur Drivers may be assigned to different delivery areas depending on route availability.
