Well Lab is a results-driven medical spa in Snellville offering advanced aesthetic treatments microneedling with PDRN, RF and Volnewmer skin tightening, laser, HydraFacial, cryotherapy, shockwave therapy, and medical weight management. Right inside our space is Seoul Theory, our Korean beauty boutique, where clients get personalized skincare consultations and foundation matching. THE ROLE
This is a two-sided position, and we want to be upfront about that. Half of your day is the front desk. You are the first face and the first voice of the practice — greeting clients, managing the schedule, answering calls and texts, handling check-in and check-out, and keeping the day running smoothly. The other half is skincare sales. You'll guide clients through the Seoul Theory boutique, recommend the right products for their skin, and help them leave with a routine that actually works. This is consultative selling — listen first, educate second, recommend third. It is not pressure. If you love skincare, genuinely enjoy people, and get satisfaction from both a well-run front desk and a great sale, this role was built for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Client Coordination & Front Desk Greet every client warmly and make them feel expected, not processed Manage bookings, confirmations, rescheduling, and the daily schedule Answer phones, respond to texts and inquiries, and follow up on missed calls Handle check-in, check-out, payments, and treatment packages Keep the front of house and retail floor immaculate and well merchandised Maintain accurate, current client records Coordinate handoffs between the treatment rooms and the retail floor Support in-store events and promotions Skincare Sales & Retail Consult with clients on their skin concerns and recommend products and routines Perform foundation matching and shade consultations Meet and exceed monthly retail sales goals Learn our product lines deeply — Korean skincare, our house line, and professional-grade products Rebook clients and introduce services and memberships that fit their goals Track retail inventory and restocking Turn one-time shoppers into repeat clients
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
1+ years in retail sales, beauty, spa, hospitality, or front desk — beauty or skincare retail strongly preferred Someone genuinely comfortable asking for the sale Warm, polished, and unflappable on a busy day Strong communication skills in person, by phone, and over text Quick to learn new software (we use Mangomint, Shopify POS, Slack, and GoHighLevel) Organized enough to keep a full schedule from unraveling Reliable. Present. On time. Every shift. Available to work Saturdays Bonus points for: Existing knowledge of Korean skincare or clean beauty Previous medspa, dermatology, or aesthetics experience Georgia esthetician license (not required for this role) Comfort with social media or content creation
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
