Sales Representative - Maui Division Menehune Water Company | Wailuku, HI (Maui Division) About Us Menehune Water Company is Hawaii's own water company, proudly serving homes and businesses across the islands for decades. We're growing our Maui Division and looking for a driven, self-motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The Role As our Maui Division Sales Representative, you'll drive new business from first contact to close — building relationships with residential and commercial customers and helping them discover the MWC difference. This is a great fit for someone who thrives working independently, loves being out in the community, and is motivated by hitting real, measurable goals. What You'll Do Generate leads and close new residential and commercial accounts (goal: 30+ closes/month) Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and referral sources Set up new accounts with coolers, bottles, and related products Handle new-account paperwork (contracts, invoices, payments) and coordinate with our office team Partner with our Operations team on routing and delivery details Report on sales activity, contract issues, and cancellations to the Division Manager Collaborate on local marketing, promotions, and community sponsorships What You Bring Valid Hawaii State Driver's License Strong communication skills (English, verbal and written) Self-starter who can prioritize and manage a full book of business independently High school diploma or GED 3-5 years of sales or related experience preferred Comfortable with basic computer programs (Excel, Word) Ability to lift/carry up to 60 lbs and spend most of the day driving and visiting client sites Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with occasional evenings/weekends as needed.
