Atelier Kaua'i is seeking a vibrant, can be young yet - mature and dependable individual who appreciates beauty, quality craftsmanship, slow fashion, and sustainability. We're looking for someone who:- Is naturally friendly, confident, and comfortable making eye contact and engaging in conversation with customers.
- Is motivated by sales and enjoys helping clients find pieces they truly love.
- Appreciates thoughtful design, natural fibers, and a slower, more intentional way of living.
- Is reliable, organized, and takes pride in maintaining a beautiful boutique environment.
Compensation:
- Starting pay $16.50/hour, increase after 3 months to 17.50
- Plus 4% commission on sales — strong sales performance is an important part of this role.

- This is an active retail position, not a sit-down job.
- Personal phone use is not permitted during working hours, with exception of communicating with the owner and team though app.
