Job Description

Your challenge Customer Support & Communication Serve as a point of contact for assigned customer accounts, providing prompt and professional support Manage inbound and outbound calls related to orders, product information, and general inquiries Handle customer questions and route more complex issues to the Customer Success Rep II, Customer Success KAM Rep or Customer Success Manager as needed Order Processing & Data Entry Enter customer orders accurately into ERP system Perform daily review and reconciliation of assigned customer orders to ensure accuracy and timely processing Communicate any order discrepancies, such as pricing or product availability, to customers or internal teams Account Maintenance Ensure customer account information for order processing is correct and updated in ERP system Issue Resolution Support Monitor and resolve basic order blocks Research order or return-related issues following standard operating procedures Support non‑technical claims processing and returned goods inquiries as directed Administrative Tasks Enter credit/debit memo requests for review Process customer credit card payments when authorized Assist with shipping documentation, including delivery creation
Your Profile Job Requirements:
High School Diploma Prior customer service experience preferred Organizational, Written, Verbal Communication Skills Proficient in Microsoft
