Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Regional Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! In this pivotal role, you will spearhead business development efforts across your designated region, cultivating strong relationships with B2B clients and driving revenue growth. You will be the face and voice of our brand in these markets. Your mission will be to increase sales and visibility of Mixed-Up Cocktail Co brands by developing strong relationships with our distributor & account buyers; driving sales in new and existing accounts; actively pursuing new accounts; scheduling, managing and attending events, demos, festivals; managing a team of local Brand Ambassadors to assist with demo & events; and developing a strong local fan base. This role will cover a large geographic area and must be willing and flexible to travel. Is this for you? ARE YOU…. An adventurous independent spirit willing and unafraid to travel to new places great at creating your own game plan and following up on commitments great at maintaining multiple relationships with a wide range of personalities, from distributor reps to retail buyers to customers creative in generating opportunities for events & collaborations fearless in striking up conversations with anyone and following up on interesting leads organized and thorough in managing event scheduling bold in strategizing and pivoting to achieve success able to carry cases, set up tables and tents, and love a long event day hard-working, honest, dependable, fun, and at least a little bit silly DO YOU have a passion for quality cocktails and wacky branding relish a long drive to a little mountain town or a city love discovering new places and talking to new people have a lifestyle that allows for traveling up to 50% of your time inspire event staff to fall in love with the brand, to always show up and do their best enjoy high volume interaction with the public at events If this is you, please feel free to submit your resume! Knowledge of the alcohol industry is helpful but not necessarily required. Sales experience is helpful but not necessarily required. Experience with customer service is required.
Daily Scope of Work:
Spend much of your time visiting new and existing accounts Strategize to drive sales and growth Grow brand presence through collaborations and events Prospect for new business and close sales with new accounts Seek out merchandising and promotional opportunities at accounts Conduct weekly demos at bar and retail accounts Hire, train and manage Brand Ambassadors to assist with demos and events Build relationships with key decision makers throughout your account base Develop wholesaler relationships and ride-alongs to increase sales and stay top of mind Create and send weekly recaps of account work Communicate with Sales Director and Marketing Team on growth strategies Travel widely in Idaho and beyond Qualities we are looking for: Passionate about craft beverage Experience providing superior customer service Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals Comfortable multitasking and pivoting effortlessly between various job functions throughout the day Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle 21 years of age or older to comply with federal and state regulations Must reside in the same area as the covered territory What we offer: 2 weeks paid time off, plus additional paid time off upon request within reason Base Salary with bi-weekly incentive and commission payouts IRA with 3% company match Mileage and expense reimbursement Monthly phone & computer stipend Annual sales team training/retreatPay:
