At Aire Serv of Boise, we focus on customer service, integrity, and helping homeowners feel comfortable and confident in their homes. We are looking for a motivated, tech-savvy team member to take over the day-to-day management of our quoting and sales process. This is a great opportunity for a college student or early-career professional interested in sales, business, customer service, or operations. Sales, marketing, or business majors are especially encouraged to apply. Position Overview This role will be responsible for handling quoting, customer communication, and sales follow-up. You will work directly with homeowners to explain repair and replacement options, prepare quotes, answer questions, and help guide customers through the decision-making process. This is a role for someone who is: Self-motivated Comfortable learning technical information Friendly and professional with customers Organized and detail-oriented Confident using computers and software systems Interested in sales and earning commission-based income Training will be provided, but there is a large learning curve, so we are looking for someone eager to learn and grow. Responsibilities Review American Home Shield service opportunities Prepare and present HVAC repair and replacement quotes Communicate with customers by phone, text, and email Follow up on open estimates and sales opportunities Learn HVAC products, pricing, and warranty processes Track customer information and sales activity in our software systems Coordinate with technicians and office staff as needed Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
QualificationsPreferred:
Sales, business, marketing, or communications major Prior customer service or sales experience Experience using computers, spreadsheets, or CRM software
Required:
