Job Description

Plumbing Sales Specialist Pay:
$20/hour (based on experience and performance) + overtime + performance-based increases
Location:

At American Rooter & Drain, we are looking for individuals who take ownership of their work. If you cut corners, avoid responsibility, or struggle with customer interaction, this role will not be a fit. What You'll Do You will diagnose and resolve drain issues while delivering a professional customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
Diagnose and repair drain problems accurately and efficiently Perform service calls with professionalism and attention to detail Communicate clearly with customers in their homes Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites Work with the team to complete jobs correctly Continue developing your skills through hands-on training Hiring Process Our hiring process is straightforward and designed to move quickly: Submit your application Complete a short one-way video introduction (1-2 minutes total) Participate in a quick phone interview In-person interview (if selected) Job offer What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to solve problems and take initiative Comfortable working in hands-on environments Professional communication with customers and team members Accountability and consistency in performance Experience is not required.
