Powersports Sales Representative Coeur d'Alene Powersports is looking for a motivated, outgoing salesperson to join our team. If you enjoy motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, dirt bikes, and helping customers find the right machine, this could be a great fit. Powersports knowledge is definitely a plus, but sales experience and a willingness to learn are just as important. We're looking for someone who is competitive, dependable, easy to work with, and comfortable talking with customers. What You'll Do Help customers find the motorcycle, ATV, side-by-side, or other powersports product that fits their needs Build relationships with customers and provide a great buying experience Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom leads Learn our products, features, promotions, and financing options Work with the sales and finance teams to move deals smoothly from start to finish Maintain a professional and organized showroom Follow up with previous customers and work to generate repeat and referral business What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Motivated and competitive personality Dependable with a good work ethic Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment Willingness to learn and improve Powersports knowledge or enthusiasm is a plus Previous sales experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person Compensation Expected annual earnings: $65,000-$85,000+ This is a commission-based sales position. The listed annual income range is an estimate based on expected sales performance and is not guaranteed. Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance and sales volume.
